Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to determine the attitudes of practitioner teachers towards one of the methods of reflectiveapproach- peer observation. In addition, the article determines how mentored educator benefits from the collaborative work.  It isqualitative research paper. An action research was involved in the study. The interview with open-ended questions and the experimentwereconducted inorder to gain theinformation whichcan beinteresting forthe experienced andnovice teacherswholook fortheprofessional growth.  Theresults reveal the interesting facts related to the personality Georgians.
